Return Policy

Non-furniture Returns & Exchange Policy

Non-furniture returns will be accepted within 30 days for credit less shipping fees if merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging. We require the original Packing Slip or Store Receipt in order to allow Store Credit, Gift Card Credit or Exchange.

Important: Sale, custom, and special order items are nonreturnable.

Furniture Policy

Furniture orders are considered a Final Sale and are not returnable. In the event that damage occurs in transit or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please call us at 619-248-7570 within 7 days of receipt and a staff member will assist you with your claim. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
